Cincinnati Bengals

Cashius Howell is out for Sunday's game against the Falcons, and Bengals coach Zac Taylor said Shemar Stewart gets more of a role. Stewart's limited snaps reflected the line's depth and the camp he missed, not his play, Taylor said: "he's prepared himself for this moment."

Zac Taylor said the Bengals will take Cedric Johnson day to day going into Sunday's game against the Falcons in Madrid: "Everybody's progressing ahead, so I like where they're at. We'll just keep taking them day to day with DJ and Ced."

"I think I've 100% influenced all the success that Joe Burrow's had in his NFL career," Bengals coach Zac Taylor said. He said Burrow has also influenced a lot of his decisions, and earlier called him "arguably the best passer" in the world.

The Bengals ran their Wednesday practice on Tuesday before leaving for Madrid. Zac Taylor said "some of our guys will be on a limited basis. We'll see how they feel when they get out there." Next up: the Falcons, Sunday.

Tee Higgins on Thursday's practice in Madrid: "get beat up on my ankles a little bit running routes. But I'm all good." The Bengals play the Falcons Sunday. Dexter Lawrence II said moving was tough after the transatlantic flight, but practice "felt really good."
